TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking

Final payment to be made by certified cheque 30 days prior to hunt start date. (No Personal Cheques Please)

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another hunter.

We take a limited number of hunters every year so book early for the best dates.

We offer a 50% money back guarantee if you do not have an opportunity at a moose or whitetail deer. This applies only to full price hunts. Any discounted hunts are not eligible.

Big Game Hunt Cost & Information
All our big game hunts are 6 day all inclusive trips
All prices are in US funds

All hunts include:
License Fees
Accommodations during hunt
Trophy Care
Transportation during the hunt
Meals during the hunt

Not Included in the hunt:
Pre and Post accommodation (if required)
Liquor, Taxidermy, Taxes (5%)
Staff Gratuity
Firearms permit
Meat processing, shipping meat and/or trophy, shipping waterfowl
Air Transportation to Edmonton International or other pre-arranged location

Combination hunts and 10 day extended hunts are available provided space is available.

 Tranporting Firearms
You will need to register your firearm with Canada Customs when you arrive. To speed up the process you will need to complete the firearms declaration form in triplicate. You can download a form from their website at www.cfc-ccaf.gc.ca
WIN Card Application
 A Wildlife Identification Number (WIN) is required to purchase hunting licences in Alberta. A WIN number is valid for five years from the date of purchase and costs $8.00. A plastic WIN card with your WIN number on it will be mailed to you in 4 weeks. You may purchase a licence online at the AlbertaRELM website


We specialize in making you as comfortable as possible. Should you decide to book with us you will be contacted to find out your exact expectations and needs. You will also receive a package by mail outlining the itinerary of your hunt as well as all pertinent information you will require including a detailed equipment list.
